Barroso

The Instituto Raízes da Liberdade, aligned with the principles of individual and economic freedom, is pleased to announce its Land Regularization project in the city of Barroso. This project is a practical example of how liberalism can positively transform communities by granting private property and formal title to low-income families. By guaranteeing legal ownership of the lands that these families have occupied for years, we are promoting not only legal security, but also entrepreneurship and individual autonomy.

The mission in Barroso is clear: to transform the socioeconomic reality of the community through the empowerment of its residents. Land title allows residents to have greater access to credit, invest in their properties, and improve their quality of life through their own means, reducing dependence on government interventions. This increased access to basic services such as sanitation, electricity, and drinking water is a direct result of economic accountability and independence.

The meticulous Land Regularization process we have adopted includes situational assessment, mapping of areas, registration of resident families, and rigorous documentary and legal analysis, culminating in the issuance of property titles. In partnership with the City of Barroso and other local and national stakeholders, we ensure that all stages are conducted efficiently and transparently, reflecting our commitment to responsible governance and the reduction of bureaucracy.
